Initially, we make a detailed record of all details relating to your boat. We then enter all necessary information into our data processing software, which determines the sail?s geometry through bi-dimensional imagery.

Next, we enter the measurements into our database and further enhance the details through three-dimensional imaging.
This software allows us to make calculations and create an aerodynamic design, calculating the pressure exerted on the sail from every wind angle, and the speeds on both sides of the sail.

All the above information is necessary to allow us to proceed to the final design and manufacture of each individual sail, depending on the type of boat and the kind of sailing practiced, taking into account all factors relating to the manufactured product and its resistance.

Thus, we reach the final form and image of the sail, optimising its design and reinforcing the areas where the greatest forces are exerted to obtain greater resistance, selecting the best materials on the global market for its manufacture.

COVERS

Measurements for the covers produced by our company are made by using the state-of-the-art Proliner laser manufactured by PRODIM. Thus, we have entirely eliminated the use of polluting plastic in the creation of cover patterns.

At the same time, we obtain a 3D representation of the cover we are preparing to produce, which gives us the opportunity to correct any imperfections. Through the use of software, the outcome of our work comes as close to perfection as possible.
